Currently, this processor is PayPal. PayPal is one of the most secure ways to transfers funds or make payments by credit card or e-check. The finalization of the checkout process is strictly between the customer and the processor. This is important because Sector29.com will not store credit card information or checking account information on our servers. Physical Addresses: It is necessary for Sector29.com to retrieve shipping address information during the checkout processor or subsequently from the credit card/e-check processor. This is necessary to forward the purchase to the correct shipping address. Email Addresses: Email Addresses are retained by Sector29.com in the event that there is a problem with the order. If there is a problem, email is the best way to contact you. Your email may also be used by Sector29.com to offer special pricing on new or overstock items that are being sold by Sector29.com. Your email address will never be sold or given to another service. Methods of Payment We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and money orders. Major credit cards and personal checks must be processed online at checkout. Please contact us before sending money orders as payment to ensure that a reasonable quantity of the item you wish to purchase is on hand. Sector29.com prefers to receive USPS money orders. These money orders can be purchased at your local postal service Shipping & Handling Orders are generally shipped via UPS or FedEx. Items such as budget video games or software products are shipped via USPS. Most orders are delivered to our customers in 7 days or less. The exception will be *Special Orders* and *Backorders*. These items will not be readily available. Tracking Numbers Tracking numbers are sent to the customer as soon as they are received from the warehouse. The exception to this may be budget video games and software as the post office is usually able to deliver these items in 4-7 days and we find that their tracking numbers are not very useful. Out of Stock Items Occasionally, items may become unavailable for purchase after they ordered. Sector29.com will refund your full purchase price, if this is the case. Refunds and Exchanges

Refurbished Items (Factory Reconditioned) A small percentage of our merchandise is refurbished or factory reconditioned. These items present a great deal for those looking for a bargain. These items are clearly marked "Condition: Factory Reconditioned". Since we sell no used items, all other items are marked "Condition: Brand New". |
